HIIT Workouts

HIIT It!

This workout starts with a descending pyramid of 4 exercises to get your heart rate up! It is followed by 3 rounds of HIIT-style circuit training and 3 burpee challenges.

Full Body HIIT

This workout consists of a warm-up round, and two rounds of HIIT Training. 

Hotel Gym Workout (Endurance-Based)

On vacay but still wanna get in a quick, full-body workout? No problem! All you need is a set of dumbbells and a small area to complete this full-body circuit!
